I’m Stefan Ruxanda, an actor, theatre director, and life coach. I grew up in the presence of an alcoholic father and a depressed mother, and I believed my life was destined for failure. By the age of 23, I was already going through a divorce. Following that, I faced numerous failed projects, nights filled with despair, and moments of hope and prayer. It seemed like I had become an expert in loss.
However, I’ve come to realize that all these experiences serve a purpose. They shape us, helping us grow, shine, and shed the burdens that are no longer important in our lives. They strengthen our spirit and ultimately equip us to help others.
As a theater actor, I often found myself in a common situation: right before a performance, I would be overwhelmed by anxiety or sadness, feeling lost. However, since I had to step onto the stage in front of the audience, I had to develop methods to overcome these emotions and thoughts, enabling me to deliver exceptional performances.
Through my personal journey, I have discovered a consistent pattern—a transformation from grief to courage—that can ultimately lead to success. Today, I would like to share this pattern with you.
