Course Description
This is a free course which gives you my top tips for using Microsoft Word.
You will find out about how to quickly and consistently format paragraphs, including how to use styles. With styles, you can set up a font, font size, paragraph spacing, and so on, and then be confident that all future paragraphs that use that style will have exactly the same. You can then adjust the style, and all paragraphs which use that style will change.
We’ll have a look at the different types of numbering, so you don’t have to insert the numbers yourself – useful, if you want to insert a number in the middle of your paragraphs.
We will also see how to customise your Word environment, putting the things you use most at your fingertips. This is done by customising menus and the Quick Access Toolbar (QAT).
We will have a look at else you can learn in Microsoft Word, and how you can learn it.
You should have Microsoft Word already installed on your computer – either 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 or 365.
Once you have finished the course, you will know some top tips for your Microsoft Word documents, and be eager in learning more.
